Prizes for best kids costume and trunk/bike decoration. No HOG points awarded for this event unless you are in a costume and providing candy! 

Let's put up a good showing this year.  For those in costume and providing candy or have their bike decorated up you will receive 50 HOG points for this event!

Open Event: This event is open to Chapter members, National H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.

Photography Policy: Photographing, filming, recording and videotaping of activities and events will be occurring Capitol Area Chapter events.
